Who is responsible

We Dance Co is responsible for the personal information described on this page. For privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests or email preferences, contact privacy@wedanceco.com.

What you share

If you join the We Dance Co email list, we collect your email address, your first name if you provide it, the page you joined from, and a record of when and how you agreed to receive emails.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic and message you provide, plus the time of submission. We use this information to handle and respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact We Dance Co. Contact messages are stored privately in Supabase, separately from newsletter subscriptions. We do not add you to marketing lists or send your message to advertising tools.

Please do not include sensitive personal information. We review enquiries for deletion when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of our last exchange, unless a longer period is needed for an unresolved issue or legal obligation. You can ask us to delete your message by contacting privacy@wedanceco.com.

How we use newsletter details

We use these details to manage the list and share the We Dance Co stories, local discoveries and project news you requested. Our basis for sending these emails is your consent. Joining is optional, and we do not sell your details or publish the subscriber list.

Where it is stored

Subscription records are stored in our Supabase database, and the website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process information to help us operate the website and list. Access is limited to the services and people needed to run We Dance Co.

Measurement

With your permission, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. These tools do not use advertising cookies or session recording. Optional advertising technologies, if configured, are separately controlled by your advertising choice. We do not pass newsletter names or email addresses to advertising tags.

How long we keep it

We keep your subscription details while you remain on the list. If you unsubscribe, we stop using your details for marketing. We may retain the minimum information needed to record and respect your preference not to receive further emails.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent or object to direct marketing at any time. Every marketing email will include a simple unsubscribe method. You may also contact privacy@wedanceco.com to unsubscribe, ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
